November 1, 2024-\u00a0<\/strong>The \u00a0World Federation of Development Financing Institutions (WFDFI)<\/a> held its Board of Governors (BOG) Meeting\u00a0within the framework of the 2024 Annual Meetings of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, the Secretary-General\u2019s Report (2024-2025) was presented, and it was confirmed that the Latin American Association of Development Financing Institutions (ALIDE)<\/a> will continue to serve as the president and secretariat of the organization for an additional three-year term.<\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by Edgardo Alvarez, Secretary-General of ALIDE and WFDFI; Cyril A. Okoye, Secretary-General of the\u00a0Association of African Development Finance Institutions (AADFI)<\/a>; Lutz-Christian Funke, Vice-President of the\u00a0European Association of Long-Term Investors (ELTI)<\/a>; and David Denzer-Speck, Head of the KfW Brussels Office.
