This document analyzes how the multiple global crises -such as pandemics, climate change, geopolitical tensions and digital transformation- have revealed systemic vulnerabilities that require a new comprehensive security approach that goes beyond the military, encompassing climate, economic, energy, digital, social and labor dimensions.
