It also highlights opportunities arising from industrialization, digital transformation, the energy transition and the reconfiguration of global value chains.<\/p><p data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"1360\">The document reaffirms the role of development banks in financing resilient infrastructure, supporting innovation and digitalization, expanding financial inclusion\u2014particularly for MSMEs and vulnerable populations\u2014and mobilizing climate finance.
