Bogot\u00e1, J<\/span>une 30, 202<\/span>3-\u00a0<\/strong>Representantes de un centenar de pa\u00edses, incluyendo cuarenta jefes de estado y de gobierno, as\u00ed como otras partes interesadas se reunieron para un Nuevo Pacto de Financiaci\u00f3n, que se celebr\u00f3 del 22 de junio al 23 de 2023, en Par\u00eds, Francia. La Cumbre de los cimientos de un nuevo sistema financiero internacional, centr\u00e1ndose en la necesidad de cumplir los compromisos ya contra\u00eddos en los t\u00e9rminos de la solidaridad internacional, y la movilizaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s recursos p\u00fablicos y privados. Ayud\u00f3 a construir el consenso y\u00a0<\/span>preparar la pr\u00f3xima edici\u00f3n de global reuniones multilaterales, incluyendo el 2023 Finanzas en Com\u00fan de la Cumbre.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En esta ocasi\u00f3n,\u00a0<\/span>un evento especial titulado "la potenciaci\u00f3n de la AP de inversiones para los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible" se reunieron, por primera vez, todos los Bancos Multilaterales de Desarrollo (Bmd), m\u00e1s de 15 nacionales y los bancos regionales de desarrollo, y las partes interesadas clave de la sociedad civil, el sector privado, los organismos reguladores, y filantr\u00f3picas, que son miembros de la<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Finanzas en Com\u00fan (consejos de inversores extranjeros) movimiento<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>El evento se realiz\u00f3 en presencia de los Presidentes de Benin, Colombia, Cuba, Francia, y en el Sur de \u00c1frica<\/span><\/b>. Los l\u00edderes de la acogi\u00f3 con benepl\u00e1cito el esp\u00edritu de colaboraci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n de las Finanzas en Com\u00fan de la iniciativa, que ayuda a evitar la fragmentaci\u00f3n y sirve como una plataforma para movilizar a todas las PDBs y el sector privado para contribuir a los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible y afrontar los retos globales, como el cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Las conclusiones de este Evento Especial de la reuni\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><\/a>\u00a0ser\u00e1n tomados en los consejos de inversores extranjeros 2023, que tendr\u00e1 lugar por primera vez en las Am\u00e9ricas, a partir de septiembre de 4 a 6 en Cartagena, Colombia, y a los que el Presidente Gustavo Petro invit\u00f3 a todos los participantes<\/span><\/b>. Algunos de sus principales temas de la agenda son:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25ba Las pyme y la inclusi\u00f3n financiera: <\/span><\/b>las peque\u00f1as empresas, las mujeres, las poblaciones vulnerables y a menudo son excluidos del sistema financiero formal.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25ba El cambio clim\u00e1tico y la diversidad biol\u00f3gica: <\/span><\/b>el desarrollo de<\/span>\u00a0nuevas herramientas para el cierre de la brecha financiera en la mitigaci\u00f3n del cambio clim\u00e1tico y la adaptaci\u00f3n, y para promover la protecci\u00f3n del capital natural y de la biodiversidad.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25ba Infraestructura sostenible: <\/span><\/b>la mayor\u00eda de las econom\u00edas emergentes se enfrentan brechas en la inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura, junto a la necesidad de hacer una transici\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, aumento de la conectividad digital y garantizar el acceso sostenible a servicios b\u00e1sicos para todos.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u25ba Agenda institucional de la PDBs: <\/span><\/b>todos los retos requieren una mejora de la capacidad institucional, la regulaci\u00f3n y la gobernanza de la financiaci\u00f3n del desarrollo de los ecosistemas.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Por otra parte, cuatro transversales se incluir\u00e1n temas: la integraci\u00f3n social y el impacto en el desarrollo, la movilizaci\u00f3n de capital privado hacia los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (Ods), la colaboraci\u00f3n con la sociedad civil y de derechos humanos, la inclusi\u00f3n, y un enfoque espec\u00edfico sobre los retos y oportunidades de la regi\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica latina y el Caribe.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Este Mundo de la Cumbre es organizada por la\u00a0El Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID)<\/a>,\u00a0la Asociaci\u00f3n latinoamericana de Instituciones de Financiaci\u00f3n del Desarrollo (ALIDE)<\/a>y\u00a0el Negocio del Banco de Desarrollo de Colombia (con banc\u00f3ldex)<\/a>que , como anfitri\u00f3n de la entidad de la cumbre.
