The study assesses the readiness of African Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) to access climate finance. It examines their commitment to the energy transition, challenges in implementing green financing, and the support needed in capacity building and technical assistance. It highlights regulatory barriers, lack of expertise, and limited funding access, recommending capacity strengthening and streamlined accreditation processes.

Enhancing Trade and Investment Relations between India and Central America

The study focuses on the Central American countries comprising of- Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and Dominican Republic which together constitute the Central America Integration System (SICA). The GDP of Central American countries which stood at US$ 35.3 billion in 1980 has grown more than twelve folds to reach US$ 428.4 billion in 2022.

Trends in gender finance in ACP development finance institutions: overview and selected examples

This study provide a background and research methodology; lays out emerging trends related to gender responsive finance among national DFIs in the ACP region; provides an overview of features of gender strategies and policies of key DFIs. Development Finance Institutions: The need for bold actions to invest better

The report seeks to inform and anchor the discussion by providing the most up-to-date analysis of DFI and MDB investment and the private finance this investment has mobilised in developing countries since 2013. It examines in detail the investment portfolios of 12 DFIs and MDBs which together mobilised more than 70% of the private finance reported to the OECD for 2017–2018.
